How do projects usually start?
Every project begins with a discovery call or meeting. This allows me to understand your brands, objectives, visual direction and how the imagery will be used. Based on this, I propose a tailored package and scope, ensuring creative alignment and production efficiency from the start.
Do you offer fixed packages or custom quotes?
I work with clearly defined packages as a starting point, which can be adjusted in scope based on your needs. This ensures transparency while allowing flexibility for each project’s creative and production requirements.
What is included in your creative process?
Each project includes:
Creative direction and visual concept
Curated mood board and defined shot list.
Styling and visual coherence.
Production planning and logistics coordination.
Professional shoot execution.
Post-production and image delivery via a private gallery.
How many images will I receive?
The number of final images depends on the selected package and project scope. I focus on quality over quantity, delivering a curated selection of strong, usable images rather than excessive variations.
Additional images or retouching can be added if needed.
What level of post production is included?
All projects include professional color correction and basic retouching. Each package includes two advanced retouches at no additional cost. Further detailed retouching is available as an add-on.
Are props, models and locations included?
Props, models, locations and permits are not included in the photography fee.
These are either:
Billed separately or
Paid directly by the client in advance
Who owns the image rights?
Usage and licensing depend on the project type:
Brands & commercial projects: usage and licensing are defined clearly in the proposal
Hospitality & restaurants: usage is tailored to practical marketing needs.
Extended or exclusive usage can be arranged upon request.
Do you offer discounts?
I do not offer fee-based or budget-driven discounts.
However, I may offer scope-based incentives in specific cases, such as:
Long-term collaborations
Multi-day or multi-shoot projects
Flexible scheduling or off-peak availability
Adjustments in deliverables or production complexity
What types of discounts are not offered?
To maintain quality and fairness, I do not offer:
Budget-based discounts
Exposure or visibility-based compensation
Last-minute negotiation discounts
Price reductions after proposal approval
How long does it takes to receive the images?
Preview selections are usually shared within 7-10 working days after the shoot. Final retouched images are delivered shortly after selection confirmation.
Timelines may vary depending on project scale.
Do you work on location or only in studio?
I work both in studio and on location depending on the creative direction and project needs. Location shoots are carefully planned to ensure visual coherence and production efficiency.
Do you work with international or remote clients?
Yes.
Many projects are planned remotely with clear communication, structured approvals and smooth execution.
Do you also offer video or stop-motion?
Video and stop-motion services are currently in development and will be introduced soon. If this is relevant to your project, feel free to mention it during the discovery call.
